Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

• SweetCroí is a small, HSE-registered at-home bakery based in Dublin, Ireland.

• All products are handmade and subject to availability.

• By placing an order with SweetCroí, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

• Orders can be placed through our website’s order form or via social media (Instagram, Facebook).

• Orders are collection only. Collection details will be arranged upon confirmation.

• An order is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message with your collection details.

3. Payment

• Payment must be made in full before collection. Payment methods include Revolut and Bank Transfers.

• Prices are subject to change but will be finalised at the time of order confirmation.

4. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require at least 1 weeks notice.

• Custom designs must be agreed upon at the time of ordering.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required for large or custom orders. This deposit will be forfeited if the order is cancelled within 72 hours of the collection date.

5. Collection

• Collection is from Dublin 15. Details will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

• Late collections may not be accommodated due to storage limitations for perishable items.

6. Allergies and Dietary Information

• Macarons contain nuts, dairy, and other potential allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

• SweetCroí’s kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of macarons, all sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for uncollected orders or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the collection date.

8. Product Storage

• Macarons are best consumed within 3-4 days of collection.

• Store them in an airtight container in the fridge and bring them to room temperature before enjoying.

9. Liability

• SweetCroí is not responsible for improper storage or handling of products after collection.
